The Access to Higher Education for Belarusian Youth Programme
The programme supports Belarusian citizens to study at the European Humanities University (EHU) in Vilnius and different universities in Ukraine and in special cases at universities in other countries that neighbour Belarus. The programme is financed by the EU and Nordic Council of Ministers (NCM) jointly. Approximately 85% of the funds come from EU and 15% from NCM.
Calls for
applications have taken place three times during 2006 and 2007. It is currently
not decided whether there will be any additional calls.

Students who are interested in studies at EHU should turn directly
to EHU. The guidelines and application forms below are not valid for
